Ashleigh Casebolt is a proud Oklahoman whose passion for the legal field has guided every step of her academic and professional journey. She began her studies at Rose State College before transferring to Tulsa Community College, where she earned her Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies and graduated with honors in December 2023. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, a minor in Criminal Justice, and Law & Paralegalism Certificates I and II from Northeastern State University, graduating summa cum laude in May 2026.

Ashleigh began her legal career in personal injury law at a respected Tulsa firm, where she spent two years supporting multiple attorneys through all phases of litigation. During this time, she managed a high-volume caseload and gained hands-on experience in case preparation, legal research, drafting, and client communication. This background strengthened her ability to approach complex legal and factual issues with organization, attention to detail, and professionalism. By combining academic excellence with substantial litigation experience, Ashleigh has developed a well-rounded legal skill set that enables her to contribute meaningfully to complex legal matters and effective client advocacy.

Today, Ashleigh brings that same dedication to Diana Cupps Law, where she is an invaluable member of the team. She works closely with the attorneys to move cases forward efficiently and ensure that clients receive the support and information they need during some of the most challenging moments in their lives. In addition to her work in family law, Ashleigh assists with medical malpractice matters, applying her personal injury background. Her calm professionalism, strong communication skills, and ability to explain legal processes clearly and compassionately make her a trusted point of contact for clients.

Ashleigh’s leadership extends beyond the office. She serves as Secretary of the Tulsa County Bar Association Paralegal Section, where she helps organize continuing education programs, supports professional networking, and contributes to the advancement of the paralegal field. Her involvement in the TCBA reflects her commitment not only to her own development but also to strengthening the legal community around her.

Ashleigh intends to pursue the NALA Certified Paralegal (CP) certification as part of her continued professional growth and plans to attend law school in the future. She is committed to building a long-term career in the legal field and continuing to develop the skills needed to serve clients with knowledge, care, and professionalism.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ashleigh values time with her loved ones and her three dogs - her pug Meatball, her chihuahua Street, and her akita Bucky. She brings focus, compassion, and dedication to every role she takes on and every client she helps. She is honored to be part of the team at Diana Cupps Law and looks forward to the many opportunities ahead in her legal career. She looks forward to helping you too.
