Amy E. Gramolini earned her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cameron University. During her undergraduate studies, she worked for years as a legal assistant in family law, where she developed a passion for helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions. During law school, she gained valuable courtroom experience through moot court competitions, a judicial externship with the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, and an internship with the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office.

After earning her law degree, Amy expanded her litigation experience at a CDL defense law firm negotiating with judges and prosecutors around the United States for reduced traffic violations and negating additional points protecting commercial drivers’ livelihoods.

Prior to becoming a licensed attorney in Oklahoma, Amy was also an award-winning educator in the Fort Worth and Arlington Independent School Districts. She was honored as Teacher of the Year in 2018 and became known for her ability to explain complex concepts clearly, solve difficult problems, and advocate for her students and parents. Those same skills now serve her clients as she guides clients through challenging legal matters with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

As an Associate Attorney at Diana Cupps Law, Amy is dedicated to helping clients through family law matters with thoughtful preparation, strong advocacy, and practical solutions. Having spent years as the spouse of a United States Army service member and having experienced divorce herself, Amy understands firsthand the uncertainty, stress, and life changes that many families face. Those experiences, combined with her legal training, allow her to approach each case with empathy, practical perspective, and an unwavering commitment to helping clients move forward.

Amy understands that family law matters are personal and often among the most stressful experiences a person will face. She is committed to treating every client with respect, honesty, and dedicated advocacy from beginning to end, striving to achieve outcomes that protect what matters most to the families she serves.
